Each vial contains:
Florfenicol (MS) 300mg, Flunixin as Meglumine 16.5mg.

It is indicated for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease complex (BRD) associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida and Histophilus somni and BRD associated pyrexia.FLUFEN injection is a simple bovine respiratory disease (BRD) treatment strategy. It involves a combination of two therapies in one dose: the powerful antibiotic florfenicol to kill or inhibit the disease- causing bacteria Mycoplasma bovis; and, the fast-acting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) Flunixin meglumine to reduce BRD-associated fever in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle.

Flufen injection should be administrated as single subcutaneous injection of Flufen at 2ml/15kg bodyweight, providing 40mg/kg florfenicol and 2.2 mg/kg flunixin. The injection should only be given in the neck.
The dose volume given at any one injection site should not exceed 10ml.

Shake well before use.
Consult the veterinarian before use.
Store between 15-25°C in a cool and dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.

Meat: 46 days.
Milk: Not authorized for use in lactating animals producing milk for human consumption. Do not use during lactation or drying off periods. Do not use in pregnant animals which are intended to produce milk for human consumption within 2 months of expected parturition.
