Bosol Injection

Each ml contains:
Buserelin Acetate 0.0042mg eq. to 0.004mg Buserelin.

Cattle/Buffalo/Sheep/Goat:
• Early cycle induction post-partum.
• Follicular cysts.
• Treatment of anoestrus.
• Improvement of conception rate in artificial insemination procedures.
• Synchronization of oestrus with PGF2a analogue.
Horses:
• Induction of ovulation to synchronize ovulation more closely with mating.
• Improvement of conception rate.
• Treatment of Follicular Cyst.

Cows/Buffalo:
Administer the following dose by intramuscular injection.
Induction of ovulation with a dominance follicle 2.5ml
Oestrous Synchronization (Day-0 Buserelin, Day-7 PGF2a, Day-9 Buserellin) 2.5ml.
Follicular Cyst 5ml.

Mares:
Administer the following dose by intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous injection.
Induction of ovulation in oestrus mares or synchronizing ovulation 5ml twice, with interval of 24 hours.
Improvement of conception rate (preferably 8 and 12 days after insemination or natural matting) 5-10ml.

Sheep/Goat:
Induction of ovulation with a dominance follicle 1ml.
Oestrous Synchronization (Day-0 Buserelin, Day-7 PGF2a, Day-9 Buserellin) 1ml.
Follicular Cyst 1ml.

Do not freeze.
Observe the aseptic precautions and gloves during administration.
Pregnant women should not administer the product, as buserelin has been shown to be foetotoxic in laboratory animals.
Store between 15-25°C in a cool and dry place.
Keep out of the reach of children.
