Distribution Executive

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time

  • • To implement different policies and procedures for all distributors.
    • Responsible for order punching of all distributors.
    • To manage stock availability, supplies and logistics at all distributors through warehouse.
    • To proceed order after taking payment clearance form accounts department.
    • Responsible to update the invoices & payment recovery data of all oncology teams.
    • To update order sheet on daily basis.
    • Responsible for settlement (After checking & Verification) of all types of distributors’ claims i.e. discount claims, stock damaged, expired, returns, stock transfer & distribution changing stock handing over / taking over claims and any other claims of field force.
    • Responsible to check & verify the expenses of field force.
    • Responsible for sales data compilation of all oncology teams.
    • Responsible to update the discount sheet of all oncology teams.
    • To update tracking sheet on daily basis.
    • Responsible to prepare the incentives of all oncology teams.
    • To maintain profit and loss sheet on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
    • To maintain all data in soft and hard copies.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in distribution department of reputed pharmaceutical company.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be proficient in MS Excel

Production Supervisor

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time

  • Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Implement production schedules and ensure adherence to GMP guidelines.
  • Supervise and train production staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of batch production records.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents for product registration.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Liaise with health authorities for approvals and certifications.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
