Manager Quality Assurance (Pharmasol)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time

  • To devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
  • To determine, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
  • To analyze data in order to find areas of growth.
  • To monitor performance and to motivate his staff.
  • To formulate strategies to increase productivity.
  • To assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
  • To set product quality standards.
  • To report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.
  • To facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
  • To review current standards and policies.
  • To keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
  • To ensure all legal standards are met.
  • To give the final release of materials and products.
  • To specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
  • To evaluate vender as member of Vendor Approval Committee.
  • To delegate his responsibilities to Deputy QA Manager while he/she goes on leave(s).
  • To submit his performance report to the COO and to perform any other duty assigned by the COO.
  • To review and approve Certificate of Analysis of Raw, Packing & Finished Products.
  • To Ensure availability of resources for emergency equipment and training.
  • Advises Department Heads to develop significant quality, Environmental and occupational safety risks in accident and emergency situations.
  • Approves and Implements Emergency Plans.

Deputy Manager QA (Pharmasol)

Manager Pharmacovigilance (Pharmasol)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time

  • Oversee the pharmacovigilance system to ensure compliance with DRAP and global regulations.

  • Manage the collection, evaluation, and timely reporting of adverse drug reactions (ADRs).

  • Prepare and submit Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs), Development Safety Update Reports (DSURs), and other safety documentation.

  • Conduct signal detection, benefit-risk assessments, and implement risk minimization measures.

  • Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Medical Affairs teams.

  • Maintain thorough pharmacovigilance documentation and ensure readiness for audits and inspections.

  • Provide training and updates to internal staff on PV practices and compliance standards.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
